City Link Development is a Greater Vancouver family-owned business that started in 1988. In the beginning City Link was primarily a labour contractor, then shifted into drywall and steel stud framing specialties. Over a ten-year period the company gradually evolved into a full-service residential construction business by purchasing outdated single family properties for redevelopment and sale.
City Link now leverages its experience and success by developing multi-unit residential properties, while still keeping with its roots and continuing to build single unit residential homes. What allows City Link to continue to grow and succeed is three-fold: unique and innovative properties; our commitment to quality craftsmanship; and accountability for our work.
